16 oz 1% milk or whole if bulking 2 scoops whey protein 3 egg whites and or 1 egg white and 2 whole if bulking 1 heaping spoon pb: 2 or more if bulking 4 whole frozen berries 1/2 banana 1 teaspoon honey Blend: If bulking, add in 1 cup oatmeal . 1 cup any cereal is also good if bulking.
