Char wants to do a show with fitness, also considered a powerlifting meet.

Char should compete in a figure division! I'm wanting to compete in the bikini division, hopefully by next years KY State bodybuilding show! Maybe we can both do it as our first show! It would make me feel better back stage having her there too!

I really do want to do it! It will be in August of next year so we have just a little under a year to get ready for it. I think we should really do it together! I would feel much better with both of back stage to help each other! I will not back out on you!

If you ladies have or know of any good articles or websites about getting ready for a figure comp, could you post them up, my wife cassandra is thinking about competeing, and I would like to get as much info as I can, thanks and good luck with your goals!
