Ingredients:
* 2 Scoops Milk Chocolate Myofusion Protein (Myofusion or any chocolate flavored whey/casein combo protein works best) * 4 TBPS. Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder * 2 oz. Crunchy Almond Butter * 1 cup Organic Spelt, Flax Seed or Oat Flour * 1 cup Stevia in The Raw 0r Spenda granular * 5 Egg Whites (Large) * 2 Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding Cups Ready Made * 1 tsp Vanilla Extract * 1/2 tsp Baking Soda * Pinch of Sea Salt * 4 oz. water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray sheet pan with non-stick Extra Virgin Olive Oil cooking spray of your choice.
In large bowl mix Myofusion, cocoa powder, flour, Stevia, baking soda and salt.
In separate smaller bowl blend egg whites, pudding, water and almond butter until blended well.
Stir in wet ingredients into large bowl of the blended dry ingredients. Mix until all is evenly blended into a batter.
Pour into the prepared sheet pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into brownies comes out clean. For moist brownies, do not overcook.
Allow to cool thoroughly in pan. Cut cooled brownies into 16 squares.

I eat that all the time, try it out, heat one up after fixing, throw on some sugar free jello pudding. maybe even a teaspoon pb on top of the brownie. You'll be in heaven but eating clean as hell.
